If you wish to transfer a .co.uk or .org.uk domain to Convergenic , we need you to do the following:

2.   Contact your current ISP, and ask them to change the IPS tag on the domain to CONVERGENICISP-NO (capital letters only)
3.   When you get a confirmation from the ISP that the IPS tag is changed, contact our registry department, on hostmaster@Convergenic.co.uk , and tell them that the IPS tag is changed, and that they need to complete the transfer.

If you encounter difficulties, or have questions regarding this, do not hesitate to contact our registry department on hostmaster@Convergenic.co.uk

8. Other Domain Transfers
(P.S. You can either transfer your domain or point it to Convergenic )

Transferring a domain is supposed to be simple, but due to the great variations in procedure from domain to domain, NIC to NIC and ISP to ISP, it can be a complicated affair. If you wish to transfer to Convergenic we want you to get in touch with us so that we can advise you of the best procedure.

If you wish to transfer away from Convergenic , the same applies. Contact support on 0906 540 0502 and request the transfer. They will be able to tell you which information we need from you to be able to complete the transfer.

Once the transfer is in progress you can check the status of your domain in the "whois" output. Your new ISP's details will be listed there when the domain has been transferred.
